Just want to thank those who support us with text messages. Truth is we are are not as tech savvy as required .
We had a long night coming into Medicine Hat with a big push to arrive.
Wind has been from the west helping Arvid. However, he is tired and we watch over him on your behalf. Did couple of roadside massages to help deal with fluid retention.
Arvid is heading for Caronport Saskatchewan where he will shower for the first time in three days. Also we will change his dressings.
You look so much cleaner compare to last years ride. I guess a warm shower goes over better than a rinse in a frigid creek.
Keep up the positive spirit all of you.
I notice from facebook that the stubble on the support crew is getting longer…the clean shaven look must be one more casualty to the record! Appreciate the work of Arvid and his crew!
Having been on the crew A few times I can imagine three of you is tough! So you are all doing a great job keeping him safe and fed. We understand you don’t Have time to tweet and post every hour! All the best as you enter the long night .

About MCF
Charles Mulli is a former street child from the slums of Kenya. He became extremely successful in business, but then God called him to give it all up and care for the orphaned and abandoned children still on the streets in Kenya. Charles Mulli is the founder and CEO of Mully Children's Family. To learn more about MCF, click here.
Arvid's Role
God has called me (Arvid) to be an ambassador for Mully Children's Family. I have chosen to use ultramarathon cycling as my platform from which to fulfill this calling. You can follow my ride, here, at www.grandpascan.com/ride. To read more about me and my story, click here.
I am asking you to help. I am trying to raise funds for the ongoing and capital expenses for the child mothers program at MCF. This program provides the critical life skills the young mothers need. To learn more about donating, click here.

Thanks for taking good care of him. Looking forward to seeing you all in Winnipeg. Please shower before then!
