Juergen Loewen, our nephew from Abbotsford. He and his wife Marylu have four beautiful children. Juergen has crewed for Arvid many times and is looking forward to celebrating at the finish line as he has often done the first stage in Arvid’s events. Juergen will be the Crew Chief on RAAM. Marylu, Joy, Luke, Anika and Lisa will be cheering Arvid/us on from home.
Sylvain Baril and Martine Fortin, our friends from Winnipeg. Sylvain & Martine have 3 young adult children; Jonathan, Benjamin and Allison. They crewed for Arvid for the first time in 2016 and eagerly accepted the challenge of crewing for RAAM this year.
Wes Loewen, our nephew from Paraguay, South America. Wes and his wife Hanni have one little boy who will become a big brother later this year! Wes crewed for Arvid in 2011. Hanni and Joshua will be cheering for Arvid/us from home.
Ruth Loewen, enjoys being Grandma alongside Grandpa Arvid to our 9 lively grandsons. It is a privilege to serve the children at MCF by being on the support crew of Arvid’s events.
