Arvid is back on the bike, and day 10 is complete.

This was a very difficult night with thundershowers. We try to dry clothes meanwhile  the morning come the headwind got so strong it makes it impossible to move forward  ,see Arvid jacket  

To give you a perspective at night. 

Prayers must cover Arvid at all time. “Under the shadow of His Almighty”

I am doing fine mentally and spiritually.  Physiquely  I am ok. I am happy with the consistent effort i am putting but I will need favourable wind condition to achieve daily output of 450-500 km again. My road rash is healing well. My crew is looking after me well.  I could not ask for anything else. 

 Life is good in Northern Ontario.
