Cows Around

A Canadian country singer, Corb Lund, wrote a very humorous song about cows:

“Everything is better with some cows around…”

We parked for the evening beside a cow pasture just east of Maidstone Saskatchewan.

Arvid completed an amazing 400 K’s today and now he eating BB chicken from Sobeys.

Plan is to be back on the road before 5:00 am.

Hi Arvid and crew. Thanks for the mooving tribute to bovines. I pray that you will find much energy this morning as you hoof it to Saskatoon.
They that wait on the Lord shall renew their strength. They will mount up with wings as eagles. They shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.
Blessings to you on this beautiful morning!

Arvid's Role

God has called me (Arvid) to be an ambassador for Mully Children's Family. I have chosen to use ultramarathon cycling as my platform from which to fulfill this calling. You can follow my ride, here, at To read more about me and my story, click here.

I am asking you to help. I am trying to raise funds for the ongoing and capital expenses for the child mothers program at MCF. This program provides the critical life skills the young mothers need. To learn more about donating, click here.
