Great omlette for breakfast on the road. Arvid did 3 hr before stopping for breakfast.

Arvid just had the idea to do a photo shoot session. So this was taken by him at 6:25 am about 24 km off of Swift Current.

We all caved in at 3am this morning. Amazingly Juergen heard his alarm and we did eventually get up. Man was that hard. So now Arvid is pedaling away again onto the morning sunrise.

Crew: ” another energy drink?” Arvid: “no, I just had 637 calories!” Crew: “how do you know?” Arvid: ” actually it was 644, but I didn’t eat one skin!”

We are about 38 km out of Medicine Hat on the side of the road. Sweet tailwinds the last 2 hrs.

Arvid is still fighting strong crosswinds at this point. Basically a headwind coming from the South is holding him back. From Medicine Hat it’s back to a regular south wind, maybe even a tailwind.

Arvid just stopped for 15min. Came into the RV for a cool off and a McDs milkshake. He put his feet in some ice cold water and chilled the bones for a bit. Wind going nuts outside.
