A spectator

Rancheria to Watson Lake is 120 km. It was raining and cold. They had snow a couple of days ago. The ride went well. We will start in Watson Lake at 5AM tomorrow. The next 800 km have lot of climbing, very rough road surface, basically seal coated gravel. We would certainly appreciate prayers for safety and for me not to get too discouraged with my progress.

We were fortunate to a big brown friend watch us as we went by. Makes you heart beat a bit faster.

Bears are a reminder to keep riding Arvid:) it’s obvious your mission is based in love! Praying safety through all the elements of nature

Good thing you can outside a bear! Have an excellent and blessed journey. And I pray your super crew stays healthy as well. Really cool to read about Lorne praying for you. What a great blessing to have such humble, committed servants on your crew. Here’s to hoping you have a great and bear-less day!!!

  3. Debbie Rempel says:

By now your ride has begun, praying for you and your support crew.

From bears in the Yukon to alligators in Florida…you’re gonna see it all on this journey!!!

  5. Elfie says:

Praying for you that you may have a restful sleep, wake up well with plenty of strength and courage to start your journey.
May God bless you and the crew and keep you safe. Elfie

About MCF

Charles Mulli is a former street child from the slums of Kenya. He became extremely successful in business, but then God called him to give it all up and care for the orphaned and abandoned children still on the streets in Kenya. Charles Mulli is the founder and CEO of Mully Children's Family. To learn more about MCF, click here.

Arvid's Role

God has called me (Arvid) to be an ambassador for Mully Children's Family. I have chosen to use ultramarathon cycling as my platform from which to fulfill this calling. You can follow my ride, here, at www.grandpascan.com/ride. To read more about me and my story, click here.

Donate

I am asking you to help. I am trying to raise funds for the ongoing and capital expenses for the child mothers program at MCF. This program provides the critical life skills the young mothers need. To learn more about donating, click here.
