Triple A Q&A

Thank you for your question, Anika. It is a very common question.

Question: What does Arvid eat in a day?

Answer:

-early morning wake-up breakfast (4:10am) of a bagel with cream cheese and jam, bowl of oatmeal with coffee

-breakfast (9:30am) of 2 bagels, sliced in half and buttered with 4 fried eggs, one avocado, and coffee

-1:30pm Lunch of two wraps consisting of; avocados with mayo, polish sausage slices, topped with a cheese stick and kale salad with poppyseed dressing

-7pm Supper at McDonalds (or pizza, KFC, Hardeeā€™s, as available on the road)

-10:15pm Bedtime “snack” chicken lasagne, salad and watermelon *

*this may vary from day-to-day depending on what we have available in the RV and what he feels like eating but most often includes some pasta and sauce.

Plus;

3-4 Gatorade (as needed for hydration)

-3 pedialyte for hydration

-chocolate pudding, cookies, pickles, chocolate bars, etc

-Red Bull, Coke, Root Beer as desired

All this to say, he eats whatever he wants whenever he wants!

The other day he ate at least 12 Peak Freens in one sitting!🍪🍪🍪

About MCF

Charles Mulli is a former street child from the slums of Kenya. He became extremely successful in business, but then God called him to give it all up and care for the orphaned and abandoned children still on the streets in Kenya. Arvid's Role

God has called me (Arvid) to be an ambassador for Mully Children's Family. I have chosen to use ultramarathon cycling as my platform from which to fulfill this calling. You can follow my ride, here, at www.grandpascan.com/ride. To read more about me and my story, click here.

Donate

I am asking you to help. I am trying to raise funds for the ongoing and capital expenses for the child mothers program at MCF. This program provides the critical life skills the young mothers need. To learn more about donating, click here.
