How are you feeling…

After a 9 hr shift following Arvid. Melissa: “Mr Mully are you tired?” Mr Mully: “I’m not tired I’m on holidays.” He makes it sound easy but it can be quite intense at times in the chase van. I have confess it’s awesome it be here serving Arvid as he serves the Lord and the children at MCF. -Stephen

Another climb

New Brunswick is beautiful but there are a lot of hills to climb. It feels like every time we go down a small hill we climb a bigger one. Arvid is still looking strong, but the constant climbing must we taking a toll.

Every minute equals $200

Ben and Dori Sawatsky from Spruceland Forest Products in Edmonton, AB have committed $200 per min that Arvid is ahead of the Guiness World Record when he finishes in Halifax, up to $30,000. This is above their $20,000 committment. Thank you Ben and Dori and the many other donors who are joining Arvid’s efforts in bringing hope to the children at Mully Children’s Family.

Pushing out the story at unofficial wifi sponsor location

David and Evan Balzer peeled off of the support crew in Ottawa but haven’t stopped being the media crew for Grandpas Can.  As they travel back to Winnipeg by car, they are pushing the story to media outlets with press releases and phone calls all along Arvid’s route.  To do that you need wifi… =)  I think we’re packing down as many calories as Arvid right now and we’re not on a bike, but it’s all worth it, no question!

About MCF

Charles Mulli is a former street child from the slums of Kenya. He became extremely successful in business, but then God called him to give it all up and care for the orphaned and abandoned children still on the streets in Kenya. Charles Mulli is the founder and CEO of Mully Children's Family. To learn more about MCF, click here.

Arvid's Role

God has called me (Arvid) to be an ambassador for Mully Children's Family. I have chosen to use ultramarathon cycling as my platform from which to fulfill this calling. You can follow my ride, here, at www.grandpascan.com/ride. To read more about me and my story, click here.

Donate

I am asking you to help. I am trying to raise funds for the ongoing and capital expenses for the child mothers program at MCF. This program provides the critical life skills the young mothers need. To learn more about donating, click here.
