So thankful to be done riding through northern Ontario

We have arrived in Quebec. Our 6th province. It is beautiful. 

How many pedal strokes Arvid will do to cross from Vancouver to Halifax?

We are lucky because we dodged the storm all around us.  Soon Ontario will be behind us. Québec we are arriving ……pratiquons le français svp

Just before the night starts and during  crew change we make sure the bike is in good and safe condition Then the group prayers before Arvid get back on the road

This was a very difficult night with thundershowers. We try to dry clothes meanwhile  the morning come the headwind got so strong it makes it impossible to move forward  ,see Arvid jacket  

To give you a perspective at night.  Prayers must cover Arvid at all time. “Under the shadow of His Almighty”

I am doing fine mentally and spiritually.  Physiquely  I am ok. I am happy with the consistent effort i am putting but I will need favourable wind condition to achieve daily output of 450-500 km again. My road rash is…

Arvid is doing awesome this morning his spirit is great. Keep praying. 

Although Stan Wiebe had to leave the support crew early due to illness, his influence and encouragement continues with us. Thank you Stan for giving us the Verse of the Day. 

Arvid is back on the bike again!  We left Cochrane at 3am local time. Arvid said, “it’s a beautiful morning for a bike ride.”
