Another climb

New Brunswick is beautiful but there are a lot of hills to climb. It feels like every time we go down a small hill we climb a bigger one. Arvid is still looking strong, but the constant climbing must we taking a toll.

Arvid, this is simply incredible. I continue to pray for the LORD to strengthen you right to the finish line. You sure know how to make this exciting! This is a historical moment. Blessings to you and the whole team as your faithfulness changes the lives of children in Kenya. And cool to see you airborne!!!

I’m glad I wasn’t the only one who saw that. Some how thinking the sun is from behind and the bike shadow is coming from the spare bike on the car roof is not as wonderful as thinking he is flying……But, it would make a great ad for the next plan….

it really does look like he is airborn in this photo – on the wings of an eagle …

Eleonore! You’re so right! It does look like that! Arvid…. we’re watching every moment we can and praying constantly! It’s God’s strength doing the work now (even if you’re the one left with the side affects of exhaustion & pain), but I know your heart and why you are doing this, and more importantly so does HE. May God carry you now beyond what any of us could ever imagine in this final stretch!

  6. Tim W says:

Praying that God gives your legs and mind the strength to finish this last leg of your journey.

Arvid looks like he is flying down the highway. It is an optical illusion but it looks like he is above the pavement he is going so fast!!!! Keep it up arvid

About MCF

Charles Mulli is a former street child from the slums of Kenya. He became extremely successful in business, but then God called him to give it all up and care for the orphaned and abandoned children still on the streets in Kenya. Charles Mulli is the founder and CEO of Mully Children's Family. To learn more about MCF, click here.

Arvid's Role

God has called me (Arvid) to be an ambassador for Mully Children's Family. I have chosen to use ultramarathon cycling as my platform from which to fulfill this calling. You can follow my ride, here, at www.grandpascan.com/ride. To read more about me and my story, click here.

Donate

I am asking you to help. I am trying to raise funds for the ongoing and capital expenses for the child mothers program at MCF. This program provides the critical life skills the young mothers need. To learn more about donating, click here.
