Every ride brings with it it’s own challenges. A day full of pushing into headwinds resulted in some pain and fluid build-up. Arvid is resting with his feet up for 3 hours to address it early.

About MCF
Charles Mulli is a former street child from the slums of Kenya. He became extremely successful in business, but then God called him to give it all up and care for the orphaned and abandoned children still on the streets in Kenya. Hopefully Arvid will have some good luck with his pain and build up. If he does, the wind is supposed to become a tailwind for several hours before it turns back into a headwind. I sure hope Arvid can be on the bike during the tailwinds!
