Metabolites

Some have asked what Arvid takes to help with the physical stress a activity like this. Basically he controls food intake until his system adjusts to the heavy caloric and metabolic demands made on him. He introduces food slowly into his system and monitors the  effectiveness  of consumption rates.

He does take some metabolites     Otherwise he takes one big dose of “persistence “.

Good morning Arvid and crew. I prayed for all of you many times during the night. Will continue to do that today. You are such in inspiration to me.

  2. Irene Marsch says:

    Hi Arvid,
My prayer for you to night is, that with God’s strength behind you and His arms beneath you, you can face whatever lies ahead of you for tonight.
You are being an amazing example, Irene

Praying for your safety and healing
Praying for your physical and mental fortitude
    Praying for your spiritual resilience
As I write this text I am humbled and overwhelmed with the commitment you have made. It is your legs that turn the wheels
It is your arms that hold you up.
It is your heart that keeps beating and ever reminding us of why you are doing this journey

About MCF

Charles Mulli is a former street child from the slums of Kenya. He became extremely successful in business, but then God called him to give it all up and care for the orphaned and abandoned children still on the streets in Kenya. Charles Mulli is the founder and CEO of Mully Children's Family. To learn more about MCF, click here.

Arvid's Role

God has called me (Arvid) to be an ambassador for Mully Children's Family. I have chosen to use ultramarathon cycling as my platform from which to fulfill this calling. You can follow my ride, here, at www.grandpascan.com/ride. To read more about me and my story, click here.

Donate

I am asking you to help. I am trying to raise funds for the ongoing and capital expenses for the child mothers program at MCF. This program provides the critical life skills the young mothers need. To learn more about donating, click here.
