From sea to shining sea.. Up at this morning and your off…. Sharing your ride with my friends …here in GTA..you know I don’t know what you do with your bike when your done ..but in Uxbridge on there a person to refirbishes broke parts and sends them to a place in Africa so the citizens who depend upon bikes for transportation can have a bike to use …. Makes me think about your book and how you had a bike to travel about your time in Paraguay … Whoooo hoooo … Cheering for you ..and your team ..

  3. Paul Boge says:

Wow!!! How historic a moment! That brings me back to Spoke 2005 in Whiterock BC where Arvid dipped his water bottle in the Pacific to fill it halfway and then filled the last half in Halifax. This is so cool! Many blessings to you Arvid and the whole team! Can’t wait to start following you! Our prayers are with you!

  4. Jodi Friesen says:

Time to start following the blip move across the map. 🙂

About MCF

Arvid's Role

God has called me (Arvid) to be an ambassador for Mully Children's Family. I have chosen to use ultramarathon cycling as my platform from which to fulfill this calling. You can follow my ride, here, at www.grandpascan.com/ride. To read more about me and my story, click here.
