Arvid’s left knee is beginning to give him a bit of trouble. We’re approaching some steep grades, which will be a challenge for the knees to handle. We’re going to set him up with various aids that should help. Please pray for him through this next stretch.
For sure we will keep praying for you. ‘I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.’ I pray for your healing and for continued strength for you and the whole team. Many blessings to you brother! We are all cheering for you!
Paul
Praying that God would provide strength and healing for Arvid – for his knee especially – and for God to refresh his body, mind and spirit as he continues on this incredible journey (pilgrimage) And for God’s blessing upon Arvid and the crew.
Psalm 84:1 “How lovely is Your dwelling place, O Lord Almighty.
5-7 “Blessed are those whose strength is in You, who have set their hearts on pilgrimage. As they pass through the valley (of Baca) they make it a place of springs, the autumn rains also cover it with pools. They go from strength to strength, til each appears before God in Zion.”
Praying numerous times for you that that God may provide you with renewed strength, alertness, healing of your body (knees) and the ability to endure the last part of the race.
God is great and what seems impossible to us he can make happen. Trust in him!!!!

About MCF
Charles Mulli is a former street child from the slums of Kenya. He became extremely successful in business, but then God called him to give it all up and care for the orphaned and abandoned children still on the streets in Kenya. Charles Mulli is the founder and CEO of Mully Children's Family. To learn more about MCF, click here.
Arvid's Role
God has called me (Arvid) to be an ambassador for Mully Children's Family. I have chosen to use ultramarathon cycling as my platform from which to fulfill this calling. You can follow my ride, here, at www.grandpascan.com/ride. To read more about me and my story, click here.
I am asking you to help. I am trying to raise funds for the ongoing and capital expenses for the child mothers program at MCF. This program provides the critical life skills the young mothers need. To learn more about donating, click here.
