Colorado hospitality

Thank you to Mark in Colorado!! We were looking for a shady spot so Arvid could eat his KFC lunch in comfort. Mark was in the front yard of his country home and approached us as we pulled the lawn chairs out of the van. “Are you with RAAM?” he asked. “I have been following it and have seen some riders come past. What can I get for you? Something to drink? Some steak? Chocolate bars? Ice cream? Do you need a shower?” Wow! What hospitality! Thank you Mark. You brightened our day.

What a great story! Our God does provide! Praying for you, Arvid, as I’m sure you are still up and biking. May the LORD be with you and your crew tonight!

That is fabulous! I love hearing those kinds of stories. Such great memories of last year and also way back in spoke 2005. Blessings to you Arvid. Keep up the great effort. We are all behind you out here and thinking and praying and cheering for you brother! Blessings to you Ruth and the whole crew. You are indispensable in this journey.

About MCF

Charles Mulli is a former street child from the slums of Kenya. He became extremely successful in business, but then God called him to give it all up and care for the orphaned and abandoned children still on the streets in Kenya. Charles Mulli is the founder and CEO of Mully Children's Family. To learn more about MCF, click here.

Arvid's Role

God has called me (Arvid) to be an ambassador for Mully Children's Family. I have chosen to use ultramarathon cycling as my platform from which to fulfill this calling. You can follow my ride, here, at www.grandpascan.com/ride. To read more about me and my story, click here.

Donate

I am asking you to help. I am trying to raise funds for the ongoing and capital expenses for the child mothers program at MCF. This program provides the critical life skills the young mothers need. To learn more about donating, click here.
